    Authentication into Course Reserves (Ares) & Omni will be intermittently impacted during a scheduled maintenance window of Tuesday, Feb 10, 2026 from 9am - 10am.

    Access to Borealis, which hosts the U of G Research Data Repositories, may be intermittent and/or reduced to Canadian IP addresses as the Borealis Team deals with increased bot traffic. This disruption may impact users' ability to deposit and access data.

    Access to the Kanopy platform has been restored. We are currently monitoring for new and ongoing issues.

    Kanopy videos are currently unavailable. Users will be prompted to access Kanopy through your university, but after clicking Log In To UoGuelph a window will appear that does not automatically close, and the login screen remains present.

    We are working with our service providers to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
