Books and journals on both the Springer and Nature platform are currently unavailable. Users will see an error message saying "Service Unavailable. Sorry, the page you requested is unavailable. Try refreshing the page in a few minutes."

This is a widespread issue and Springer is working on it.

Links to OVID journal articles found in Omni are leading to an error screen, "Sorry, access to this resource has been restricted." We are working with the vendor to resolve these linking issues.

Note that OVID journal articles can still be read on the OVID platform by searching for the specific OVID journal title in Omni and clicking the link for the journal. Once in the OVID journal database, articles can be be searched.

Access to University of Toronto Press journals is currently unavailable.

This includes the following journal titles:

Journal of veterinary medical education

Journal of city climate policy and economy

Canadian journal of communication

Users will see an error message saying "Invalid resource configuration".

The vendor is aware of the issue and actively working on a fix.

Access to electronic resources via Omni, A-Z Databases, and OpenAthens is currently unavailable due to a system error. We are currently investigating this incident and will provide updates.

There is currently an outage with Omni sign in and Library Online Resource Access for those patrons that sign in with an email / password, such as Community Users, Alumni and affiliated researchers.

We have identified an issue with Proquest Quicklinks in Primo when accessing off-campus. Quicklinks for Get PDF and Read Online are found on the search results screen and within a resource's bibliographic record. These links will work for on-campus users, however Proquest Quicklinks are not functioning at this time for off-campus users.

Career Cruising is currently unavailable.

Omni article and book chapter searching is currently unavailable. Users will not see journal article or eBook chapter search results in Omni, as well as journal/eBook results in some of our electronic collections. We have reported this issue to the vendor, and will post more information as it becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Atrium is currently experiencing intermittent periods of slow performance. We are have identified the root issue and are working with campus partners toward a solution.

If you have issues accessing or using the Atrium, please wait a few minutes and try again. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

Regular access to the Kanopy platform is currently unavailable, although users can still access owned titles and browse the platform. We are actively working with the vendor to restore full access as soon as possible.

In the meantime, users can request access to unowned content directly through the Kanopy platform by filling out the "Request for Access" form. The library will receive your request and respond as quickly as possible. Note that new title purchases in Kanopy are restricted to faculty requests only.

We cannot confirm when the issue will be resolved, but please know that we are doing everything we can to restore access.
