Some services provided by Scholars Portal are experiencing issues as the result of a failure in their network infrastructure. As a result, some services may occasionally display errors or load very slowly. The affected services include:

• The Ontario Library Research Cloud

• The University of Guelph Research Data Repositories

Scholars Portal anticipates that the issues will continue for the next 1 - 2 days.

Access to electronic books and journals from Emerald Insight is currently unavailable. We are working with service providers to resolve the issue and are monitoring for updates. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Wiley and Sage electronic resources (articles, eBooks, journals) are currently unavailable. Science journal and other journals published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science are also unavailable.

Users will see an Atypon error message indicating "Access denied. You tried to sign-in via a server whose hostname is not authorized on Connect."

ProQuest journals in Omni are not linking correctly and will lead you to a page of text error. The vendor is aware and working on a fix.

ProQuest articles in Omni are linking correctly.

Irwin Books are currently unavailable, and users will see an error message indicating that the page cannot be reached, or the server cannot be found.
