This maintenance activity has been completed.
The Library is planning a server migration for Tuesday April 30th 2024 from 7:00 am until 9:00am. During this maintenance window, there will be brief outages during several Library systems, including:
Ares
Loan reserve status won't display in Ares
Ares faculty features will be unavailable:
Ares to CourseLink Import
Citation emails
Ares reading lists won't display in CourseLink
Omni
“Permitted uses” information will not show within Alma
Report an Issue will be unavailable
Off-campus access to electronic resources
The email / password authentication option will be unavailable (used by alumni and OMAFRA users)
Alumni JSTOR access will be unavailable

The public printing and photocopying system, Papercut, will be down for scheduled maintenance starting at 8:00 am on Wednesday April 24, 2024.
Journals hosted on Lippincott websites, including American Heart Association and American Academy of Neurology, will be unavailable for approximately 45 minutes starting Thursday April 18th at 9:30 PM EDT due to scheduled maintenance.

The Fulcrum platform is unexpectedly down beginning at 8:35 AM EDT this morning. The Fulcrum development team is actively working to restore service as soon as possible.
This outage affects the following restricted collections hosted on Fulcrum:
-ACLS Humanities Ebook (HEB)
-British Archaeological Reports Digital Collection (BAR)
-University of Michigan Ebook Collection (UMPEBC)

We are currently experiencing a disruption in log in functionality for the U of G Research Data Repositories.
Users are still able to search, browse, and download open data in the Data Repositories. Only actions that require a user to be logged in (e.g., deposit, request access to restricted data, admin options) are impacted.
EBSCO will be performing maintenance to the personalization database on Wednesday, March 13 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am EDT (11:00 am - 12:00 pm UTC). During this time, users will be able to access EBSCO interfaces using personal user authentication, however, they will be logged in as institutional users.In addition, the following features may be unavailable during the maintenance window:Classic user interfaces (EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service, etc.)-Folders/Custom Folders-Search and journal alerts-Saved searches-Saved persistent links-eBook checkouts and holds-Saved preferencesNew user interfaces/EBSCO Mobile app (New EBSCO Discovery Service, New EBSCOhost, Explora)-Projects (including Add to project feature)-Saved articles (including the ability to save articles to the Dashboard)-Saved searches-eBook checkouts and holds-Liked itemsWe apologize for any inconvenience this required maintenance may cause.
