    Since June 2025, users have encountered intermittent authentication errors, especially in the evenings and on weekends. This issue affects academic libraries across Canada. We are working with our consortial partners and the vendor to resolve it, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    EBSCO eBooks will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM ET. Maintenance is expected to be completed in approximately five hours.

    During this time, users will not be able to download DRM-protected eBooks. Users will be able to read eBooks online, download chapters, and read previous checkouts offline. We apologize for any inconvenience.
