Since June 2025, users have encountered intermittent authentication errors, especially in the evenings and on weekends. This issue affects academic libraries across Canada. We are working with our consortial partners and the vendor to resolve it, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Users have reported authentication errors when attempting to access content from Audio Cine Films during weekends and sometimes evenings. We are currently working with our service providers to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
